i came expecting a spacious room but ended up in a cramped, smaller-than-usual bathroom. how delightful! also, the staff seemed overwhelmed at breakfast, making it feel congested. i really thought a complimentary upgrade woudl ve been standard for my troubles, but i guess being treated like everyone else is the new normal now. pitiful, really.

After a long trip, I was pleasantly surprised by the comfy bed and the delicious breakfast options like fruit smoothies and hash that hit the spot. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were perfect for winding down after our drive. Though the scrambled eggs weren't my favorite, it didn't take away from the overall enjoyable experience, so I'd definitely suggest requesting a higher floor for quieter rest! 😊

The indoor pool and jacuzzi were super clean, and I appreciated how friendly the staff were, especially the housekeeping and breakfast crew. Breakfast was always fresh with plenty of options, making mornings a real treat! 💥
The parking lot could use better signage for spots, since it was a bit confusing for newcomers. 🤔

Comfortable stay but the coffee in the lobby was often cold and unkempt.

missingWrote a review on Jul 30clean swimming poolspacious roomcomfy layoutnoise disruptionpricey pet fee
The Executive King Room with Sofa Bed offered ample space and a comfortable layout, making it a relaxing spot after a long day. The hotel features a clean swimming pool, providing a much-needed break from the road, though its temperature could use a little fine-tuning.
Located near a busy highway, the noise from passing vehicles may be bothersome, making restful sleep a challenge for light sleepers. Additionally, there was an unfortunate lack of variety in breakfast meats. while the scrambled style was available, the flavor left much to be desired. Lastly, the pet fee of $50 felt a bit steep and might deter those traveling with furry companions from returning in the future.

Had a fantastic time with friends at this hotel! The staff were super friendly, the rooms were comfy, and we enjoyed the nice breakfast options. Plus, we checked out the nearby Rialto Square Theater, which was a great show. A short drive to see the Joliet Slammers was another highlight!
One morning, the lobby coffee was cold, which was a bit disappointing. It’d be nice if they could keep it fresh throughout the day.

My recent stay at the Hampton Inn was very pleasant, thanks to the warm and professional service from the staff. The breakfast options included flavorful roast beef hash with tender pieces of beef, and I particularly enjoyed the addition of fruit and yogurt smoothies. The room was spacious and comfortable, making it an ideal place to unwind after a busy day of work.

The room was cozy and super clean, making it easy to unwind after a long day. The beds felt like clouds, perfect for a good night's sleep. Morning breakfasts had a nice variety, with items like fruit smoothies and roasted beef hash that I absolutely loved. The staff served the food with a smile, which added a warm touch to the mornings. However, the pool was too chilly for swimming, and the hot tub wasn't working as it should have. I had hopes of enjoying that area, especially since I was looking forward to relaxing with a soak. Also, the outdoor seating by the pool was nice, but the noise from the highway made it hard to enjoy the space as I hoped. It’d be awesome if they could relocate the seating or do something to minimize that noise. While my stay had some bumps, overall, I appreciated the comfort of the room and the engaging breakfast offerings.
